Nespresso at Tribeca Film Festival

New York Media and Nespresso are both proud repeat sponsors of Tribeca Film Festival. So when the latter wanted to spotlight their annual Nespresso Talents filmmaking competition within the festival, New York Stories was the perfect partner. Aligning with the theme of the national contest “The Difference She Makes” we curated a special installment of the Cut’s hit live-event series, How I Get It Done. Inspired by our popular editorial series of the same name, we invited three highly accomplished women in film to an insightful panel conversation about work-life balance and making it in the industry.

Experiential and Beyond

In person, guests were treated to custom-created, Nespresso-inspired cocktails and bites. To  extend the event’s reach beyond its 100-person ticketed audience, we produced and promoted an editorial video recapping highlights from the lively discussion.

Instagram Stories Takeover

For an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at Tribeca Film Festival, we also recruited three influential women in media to report live from the heart of the festival over three days. Focusing on the work of women in film, our hosts took to New York Media’s Instagram Stories and other social channels, getting the inside story from festival attendees, filmmakers, and organizers. Our coverage of the action garnered 1.6 million Instagram impressions in total.
